What to Expect
- Enjoy a relaxed pace and the comfort of sitting down at nearly every stop of a restaurant-focused tour.
- Private Group Tours allow the organizer to select an existing Tour format, or choose tasting locations and start times* most appropriate for their own group (dinner tours are not available) for an additional fee. Or you can leave the planning to us. We can create something as specific as seafood samplings and oyster education, or organize a progressive meal, or focus on hors d’oeuvres paired with cocktails.
- Private tour guests can request specific start times* and tour duration depending on availability of tour guides.
- Private Tour pricing in the grid above includes all food, drink, tax, and gratuity for Food Tours. Deviations in timing, changes to, or enhancement of any of the tastings, are subject to an additional fee and are planned individually with your group coordinator.
- Carmel Capers do not include food or beverage, but limited options can be arranged with an additional fee.
*Special note: We are not able to provide late afternoon start times or dinner tours due to both the busy-ness of our tasting partners, and safety concerns of touring in the dark. Carmel sidewalks are not generally lit, and moving large groups over uneven terrain with limited visibility is not an option for our tour leaders.
