We’ll send a calendar in our monthly newsletter so you know what’s coming. We have networked with chefs and mixologists to bring a wide variety of learning experiences. Is your fish always dry? We can help. Is your Margarita not quite right? We’ve got you. These and many more culinary education opportunities will be available.
Upon registration, you’ll receive a confirmation. We’ll follow that up with instructions on how to log into the class, and a password that is unique to you (i.e., not sharable).
About a week prior to the class, we’ll forward a shopping list, including substitutions for allergens or potentially hard-to-find items. Two days prior to the class you’ll receive the full recipe and preparation instructions, which will include suggestions for kitchen items/utensils, and what you can use if you don’t have something.
We’ll also let you know what you can prep ahead if you want to relax more and watch our chef prepare in real-time, instead of focusing on preparing along with him or her. About 15 minutes before the class start time we’ll send one final reminder so you can get logged in and ready to roll.
Now the fun starts! Over the course of the class you’ll prepare a delicious meal, a collection of appetizers, or variety of cocktails, that you can enjoy as your reward at the conclusion of class.
